NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ponderay City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., Council Chambers of Ponderay City Hall, 288 Fourth Street, Ponderay, Idaho, to consider the following request: File UP24-102, P & D Development, LLC and Blackstone Auto Care, Special Use Permit: Blackstone Auto Care is requesting special use permit approval in order to operate an auto repair facility within a portion of an existing structure in the commercial zone of Ponderay. The property is also developed with a second unit in the subject structure and an indoor pickleball facility.
